Founded in 2023 by Desiree Hernandez—known to most as Desi—EastEnd Talent embodies her commitment to authentic representation, industry excellence, and personalised career development. Since relocating from the United States in 2018, Desi has immersed herself in the Australian entertainment industry, gaining hands-on experience in casting, art direction, producing, and directing.
